Primary Discussion, Interaction & Project Framework

• Detailed discussions with the client’s dedicated team for the project to understand its need.
• Visit proposed site location to understand the site feasibility and challenges to operate at ground location.
• Discuss the project requirements within our core team to come up with various possible solutions.
• Put forward various options to the client’s team, finalize the project design basis, and freeze the schedule.

Execute Engineering Design & Reviews

• Design and drawing development for various structures and buildings of the project according to the respective schedule of delivery.
• Periodic review of schedule and construction work at the site with the client’s team & identification of critical areas to put forward feasible solutions for it.

Process Engineering Review & support

• Review process engineering for various plants supplied by the different vendors to meet the technical standards of process and manufacturing for market needs
• Support the client’s team in handling engineering concerns up to the finalization of orders.

Final Inspection and Document Handover

• Ensure effective document control.
• Perform periodic site visits at regular intervals for monitoring the quality and pace of projects.
• Conduct final inspection before pre-commissioning activities.
• Furnish the final as-built engineering packages to clients.
